More Buttercream Birthday Fun

This cake was a borrowed idea….as are many of my designs. Allison and I were both looking for a golf themed cake, and she found the best one, complete with sand trap, water hazard and putting green. So we both made it!
Golf Course
This cake was for a very special boy who just wanted “something army.” I searched ideas and did my best to put them together in a kid friendly cake. The decorating was super fun!
Devon's Army Tank
The birthday boy here is a musician. His girlfriend wanted a music themed cake, and since he doesn’t play an instrument, we went for the microphone on top of the cake (and it was entirely edible!)
This cake was for a bartender at my husband’s bar. It’s obvious what his favorite past times are. I debated on whether or not to post this pic, but it was my handiwork….made to order, as always. Fun times at the bar. The birthday boy was extremely happy with the result.
